I recognized Allah through breaking of my own intentions/desires.
Hazrat Ali Razi-Allah-o-anho

Important Note: The following words are wrongly quoted as ‘Hadith e Qudsi’ . I did a lot of research on web and also personally asked Alim about it. These words have no reference at all. Please correct others if they have this misconception too.
I desire something and you desire something
but only what I desire occurs.
If you submit yourself to my desire (i.e. obey Him)
I will be sufficient for you in your desire.
If you do not submit yourself to my desire (by disobeying Him),
I will tire you in what you desire
and (at the end of the day)
what I wish will occur
Masha Allah faithful posting 🙂
Beshak…. Humne Allah ko apne iradon k tootne se pehchana….
Allah ki Chahat…… Do you really know Allah’s Chahat???
Allah ki chahat hum se ye hai k hum ye zindagi Allah k hukmo’n ko Hazrat Muhammad Salalahu Alehe Wasallam k tareeqay k mutabiq maantay huay guzaar dain 🙂
simple as that 🙂
Indeed. On one hand, this reminds us of our necessary humility. 🙂 Ramazan Mubarik.
Yes indeed 🙂 … and Ramzan Mubarik to you too Aasiyah 🙂

I REALIZED MY ALLAH ALMIGHTY WHEN I WAS FAILED IN MY INTENTS DESPITE MY UTMOST EFFORTS.
Walaikum assalam ..
thanks for visiting 🙂
that is so much better translation. I am going to use it, thanks a bunch.
my pleasure Ali, u have one of the coolest names MA 🙂
Be-shak, I have personal experience of that…. I’ve seen my best laid plans go to waste by the most trivial things, contingencies that no one bothers to think about …. and I’ve received blessings from Allah in my darkest hours, when i wasn’t expecting anything from anyone. Thanks for posting this. 🙂
well that is the case with me too … I have learned and realized it in real life more than once now 🙂
If the given text is “Hadees-e-Qudsi” can anyone please provide a reference.
Upon your asking, I researched extensively on web and I didn’t find any authentic reference to that text being hadees e qudsi .
I am really sorry and also thank you for asking and making me realize.
Since childhood I have been reading the text on cards and banners placed on shops etc quoted as hadees , so I assumed it correct. A very big mistake indeed 😦
